Consulting and Event Management
We offer a variety of services based on the needs of our clients in order to provide a successful event. Whether it is on a consultation basis, providing guidance in obtaining permits, timing companies and other necessary event services. Or we will take on the Event Management role and deliver a turnkey event. As the Event Manager, we will take care of obtaining the appropriate venue permits, assist in the marketing efforts to draw participants to the event, rent equipment, hire subcontractors for various event tasks, and be on-hand during the event to manage the production.

Do I need to be an experienced runner for these races?
No, most of our races are open to all experience levels. Especially the holiday runs.
What all do I need for race day?
We recommend that you register ahead of time. Your race confirmation email will provide you with additional details.
Are there different experience levels?
Some of the more challenging races may not be for everyone, but races like the Halloween half marathon are great even for kids!
What if the race gets rained out?
Most events are rain or shine. But check with the race director if bad weather is approaching.
